CANCELLATION POLICY

• The moment you want to terminate the project, submit a cancellation request via email with an authorised signature.
• The process of cancellation takes minimum 2 weeks.
• The cancellation is subject to the service level agreement decided initially.
• Cancellation request will not be considered if made during the Beta phase.
• Mutual project cancellation will lead to payment from the client side for resources invested.
• The final delivery of the project will be made only after successful payment.

REFUND POLICY

• No refund for completed projects (time, material, and effort involved).
• Taxes paid on services will not be included in a refund.
• No refund for disruptions due to third-party involvement.
• Payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation on special occasions.
• No refund request entertained after 48 hours of project initiation.
